The Norseman Floatplane Festival is held annually in Red Lake, the Norseman Capital of the World. This event attracts aviation enthusiasts from around the world and introduces newcomers to the exciting and adventurous world of float flying. Everyone is welcome.

There are activities to attract the young and young at heart – explore the many exhibits of the street festival, enjoy the local talent of the stage performers, roll up your sleeves and participate in the float-pumping contest, and don’t miss a moment of the annual slo pitch tournament and canoe races. A colourful fireworks display lights up the Northern sky during the festival and the dramatic Norseman Fly-By closes the event. It’s a jam packed weekend of flight and fun.
